It clearly depends on the kind of commissions
For Art it can be done in 1 day to 1 month depending on the complexity of the art you ask and the current Queue for my commission 
For Fursuit it depends on the complexity i'd say a month for a Head  up to 6 to 8 month for a fullsuit 
And that's if there's no other fursuit commission 
I'm a beginner at fursuit commission so i like to take my time to make everything perfect 
For 3D Printed base , a head base take between 1 to 3 day to be printed and assembled so depending on the current queue it can take from 1 week to 3  before your receive your order 

For Digital art you'll receive the HD file of your commission throught a wetransfer link 
For traditionnal art it'll be sent in the mail with a tracking number Don't worry i'm used to send Badge and other traditionnal art via mail.  i'm protecting everything very well! 
Headbase and fursuit. are sent in package via Traditionnal posting service or Mondial Relay if you live in Europe , If you can come to take your order we also can arrange that ! 

When you order your 3D Printed Headbase or a fursuit from us 
You'll need to give use the Absolute height of your head from below the chin to top of your head 
This is how we make sure that the moving jaw system of our head work the best and that the head in general is confortable for you
